This mulled apple cider – featuring our Cinnamon Infused Pure Maple Syrup – guarantees to warm the soul, soothe the mind and perhaps ward off illness this holiday season!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups apple cider​
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Infused Pure Maple Syrup​
  • 1 tablespoon orange or lemon juice​
  • 1-2 oz rye whiskey or bourbon​
  • Cinnamon sticks and citrus for garnish​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium size heavy bottom pot, combine all the ingredients except for the citrus and alcohol and bring to a simmer.
  2. Cut the heat and stir in the citrus and optional alcohol.
  3. Divide between 4 small mugs, garnish with cinnamon sticks and enjoy by the fire with friends and family!
