We’re flipping for these buttermilk pancakes!

These buttermilk pancakes are made with our Buttermilk Pancake Mix, now made with pure maple sugar! We chose to use our maple sugar because we know it’s what’s on the inside that counts. Simply add ingredients and cook on a greased griddle. The result is a sky high stack of fluffy pancakes. Slather with pure maple butter, or drench in pure maple syrup for a quick and delicious breakfast.

We know you’re probably professionals at making pancakes, but we put together a list of tips to get better pancakes every time just in case there are some new tricks you can learn.

  • 1 cup Buttermilk Pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cups milk


  1. Stir ingredients together in a mixing bowl until blended.
  2. Pre-heat a greased griddle or skillet and pour in 1/4 cupfuls of batter.
  3. Cook until bubbles form on top, and then flip to cook the other side until golden brown.
  4. Enjoy with maple syrup!
