INGREDIENTS

  • 1 6 ounce package couscous​
  • 2 green onions, sliced​
  • 1/4 cup red, green, or yellow bell peppers, diced​
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chai Infused Moosewood Hollow Maple Syrup​
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries​
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice​
  • Salt & pepper to taste​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare couscous, refrigerate to chill.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to chilled couscous, mix thoroughly.
  3. Serve.
