We know a little something about winter’s chill in Vermont. When we aren’t drinking maple hot chocolate to keep warm, we’re sipping on maple turmeric lattes. A flavorful blend of milk, turmeric, cracked pepper, cinnamon and ginger, we add maple syrup for a sweet factor. This drink is sure to keep you warm through the winter months ahead!

  • 1 1/2 cups oat, almond, or coconut milk​
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric​
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon​
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger​
  • Crack of fresh pepper​
  • 1 tablespoon Dark, Robust maple syrup*​


  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cracked pepper and maple syrup. Stir together until the mixture begins to steam, being careful not to bring to a boil. Once heated through, pour into two small mugs to share and enjoy! Pour into a big mug for a single, large latte!

*We add a tablespoon of Dark, Robust maple syrup, but you may reduce the measurement to a teaspoon dependent upon your taste!
