INGREDIENTS

  • 12oz fresh cranberries​
  • 1 cup apple cider​
  • 1 cup Grade A Dark Robust Maple Syrup​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place ingredients in 3-quart or larger pot over medium heat.
  2. Allow the ingredients to simmer, stirring occasionally. When the cranberries begin to pop and sizzle use a potato masher to crush the berries.
  3. The sauce is ready to be served when it coats the back of a spoon and begins to gel.
  4. Served warm from the stove, or cooled straight from the fridge.
