INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oat milk​
  • 1 frozen banana​
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple​
  • 4-5 frozen peach slices​
  • 1 handful of washed spinach​
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup​
  • 1/2 cup maple yogurt​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add more oat milk.
  2. If desired, stir in a teaspoon more of maple syrup for a sweeter smoothie.
