INGREDIENTS

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced​
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced​
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced​
  • 2 green onions, sliced​
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice​
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro​
  • Salt to taste​
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweet Heat Maple Syrup​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Add Sweet Heat Maple Syrup to taste.
  3. Refrigerate.

If you prefer a smoother less chunky salsa:

  1. Combine all ingredients except Sweet Heat Maple Syrup in a food processor.
  2. Process until it is coarsely chopped.
  3. Add Sweet Heat Maple Syrup to taste.
  4. Refrigerate.
