It’s hot outside. These frozen treats are easy to make which is ideal because we’re looking for a quick way to cool down! The best part is you can eat them from breakfast through dessert. Finish the pops with granola for a perfect last bite that’s reminiscent of a smoothie bowl!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 cups plain Greek yogurt​
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup, divided​
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries​
  • Zest from 1 lemon​
  • Granola (optional)​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small mixing bowl, stir 3 tablespoons of maple syrup into the Greek yogurt. Set aside.
  2. Add the raspberries, remaining 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and lemon zest to a blender and mix. Strain the raspberry juice to remove the seeds.
  3. Layer the yogurt and raspberry into 6-8 popsicle molds, beginning with spooning in the yogurt. Finish off with your favorite granola, if using. Add the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 2 hours before enjoying.
