Slow Cooker Maple Pulled Pork Tacos

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz dry hard cider​
  • 1 cup maple syrup​
  • 1/2 cup ketchup​
  • 3 cups chicken broth​
  • 4 pounds pork roast​
  • 1 tablespoon coriander​
  • 1 tablespoon cumin​
  • 6-8 soft shell corn tortillas​
  • Garnish freely with avocado, cilantro and salsa​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker on medium/high for 6-8 hours.
  2. Remove pork and shred with fork.
  3. Warm the tortillas and fill with as much or little pork as you like.
  4. Garnish with avocado, cilantro and salsa and serve immediately.
