There isn’t only one way smoothie. But if you’re looking for bright berries and consistency that’s not too runny and not too thick, this is the ultimate fruit smoothie recipe. We add a silky pour of maple syrup to the mix to emphasize the abundance of natural sweetness in this cup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, frozen​
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries​
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries​
  • 3-4 frozen peach slices​
  • 2/3 cup oat milk​
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt​
  • 1 tablespoon Dark Robust maple syrup​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth. Pour and enjoy!

Note: For a thicker smoothie decrease milk of choice to 1/3-1/2 cup. For an extra maple-y smoothie, use maple yogurt!
