2022 Sugaring Season Update: April 28

The last sugaring update for 2022 is here, and it has been a great year! The crew ended on drum 326 yesterday, April 27th. We made more syrup this year than any year in the past! A big thank you is in order to the farm crew: Ira, Fran, Doug, Adam, and Andrew. This great year would not have been possible without their hard work and dedication.

Pictured above is the sugarhouse’s stunning window of samples from the season. As you may be able to see, we ran out of shelf space!
