2 par-baked pizza crusts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly
1/2 cup breakfast sausage, pre-cooked
1/2 red onion, caramelized
8 fresh sage leaves, chopped finely
2 tablespoons Grade A Amber Rich Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Spread olive oil over the par-baked crust. Sprinkle with a pinch of garlic salt.
Sprinkle the pizza with shredded mozzarella. Place slices of the fresh mozzarella over the shredded mozzarella. Add the remaining toppings – sausage, squash, caramelized onions and sage. Drizzle with maple syrup.
Place pizzas in oven one at a time and bake for 10 to 14 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbly. Let col slightly before slicing.
