Grilled Cheese with Maple Candied Bacon

Classic gooey grilled cheese with a crispy smokey-sweet crunch!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Cabot Salted Butter, softened​
  • 8 slices of your favorite bread (we love Elmore Mountain Bread)​
  • 6 oz Cabot Sharp Cheddar, thinly sliced​
  • 8 slices Maple Candied Bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Butter both sides of bread slices.
  2. Preheat large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
  3. Assemble sandwiches using cheese and Maple Candied Bacon slices. Transfer to a skillet or griddle and cook until golden or underside, reducing heat if needed. Turn over and cook until sandwiches are golden on second side and cheese is melted. Cut each sandwich in half on diagonal and serve.
