This dressing is great with kale, spinach, or any other hardy leafy green you might enjoy. It’s best when the greens have been lightly blanched and chopped into bite sized salad pieces.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds​
  • 3 tablespoons marsala​
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce​
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar​
  • 1 tablespoon Grade A Dark Robust Maple Syrup​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using a food processor, blend toasted sesame seeds, marsala, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup.
  2. Toss with greens.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
