INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup milk​
  • 1/2 cup granulated maple sugar​
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream​
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the milk, maple sugar and heavy cream in a bowl (make sure ingredients are straight from the fridge and cold).
  2. Pour mixture into ice-cream maker and follow instructions (generally, this recipe requires a little extra time churning).
  3. At the end of churning, mix in chopped pecans.
  4. Freeze for several hours before serving. If it gets too hard, let stand for a few minutes at room temperature.
  5. Enjoy!
