Top it off with a sweet drizzle of honey to see what all the buzz is about. Explore additional toppings like your favorite jam, chili crisp, or fruit. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice local sourdough bread
  • 1/3 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • Zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Sprinkle of red chili flakes
  • Honey, to drizzle

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, add the ricotta, lemon zest, maple syrup, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Whisk together with a fork for a minute or two until the ricotta mixture is smooth.
  2. Smear the ricotta mixture over the toast and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
