Cauliflower, tossed with our habanero-infused Sweet Heat Maple Syrup, gets crispy and caramelized in the oven and impossible to resist!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets​
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil​
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil​
  • 3 tablespoons Sweet Heat Maple Syrup​
  • 1 teaspoon salt​
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, Sweet Heat Maple Syrup, salt and black pepper. Add the cauliflower and toss until well-coated.
  3. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet and bake, stirring once, until tender and golden brown, about 25 minutes.
