There’s still a wealth of winter citrus available at the market, even though we’re nearing spring. Blood oranges and grapefruits are bold and juicy, ideal for a weekend morning cocktail! We combine the two fresh juices with maple syrup to add a naturally sweet edge and lessen the bitterness of the grapefruit juice. Cheers!
