This is a wonderful combination of sweet and salty with a background flavor of roasted nuts and infused maple syrup!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole pecans​
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Autumn, Sweet Ginger, Sweet Chai or Sweet Heat Maple Syrup​
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds​
  • 1/2 cup whole raw almonds​
  • 1/2 cup roasted & salted sunflower seeds​
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, snipped into strips with scissors​
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine pecans and syrup in a bowl.
  3. Spread out evenly on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake until nuts are golden and glazed, about 10 minutes.
  4. Spread out pumpkin seeds and almonds on two more sheet trays.
  5. Roast these in the same oven for 8-10 minutes shaking and redistributing nuts and seeds occasionally to ensure even roasting.
  6. Watch all trays carefully as nuts can go from a perfect golden brown to acrid and burn very quickly.
  7. Put nuts and seeds aside to cool.
  8. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  9. Store in a cool, dry place.
