INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup granulated maple sugar​
  • 4 tablespoons Grade A Dark Robust Maple Syrup​
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter​
  • 6 tablespoons of heavy cream​
  • 1/2 teaspoons of kosher salt​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add maple sugar and maple syrup into a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir until sugar has dissolved into the maple syrup.
  3. Stop stirring but keep on the heat.
  4. Add the butter and cream to saucepan.
  5. Whisk for approximately two minutes while pan is still on heat.
  6. Take off the heat.
  7. Add salt and stir to combine.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Store refrigerated for as long as it lasts!
