INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature​
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, minced​
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped​
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes​
  • 1 teaspoon Amber Rich maple syrup​
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt​
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced​
  • 1 small shallot, diced​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mash together with a spoon until everything is thoroughly distributed.
  3. Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper and roll up.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
