INGREDIENTS

  • 6 parsnips, peeled/washed and cut into fries​
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil​
  • 3 tablespoons granulated maple sugar​
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika​
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt​

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl toss cut parsnips with olive oil maple sugar, paprika and salt.
  3. Once coated, spread evenly on a non-stick or lined baking sheet. Be sure not to crowd the fries.
  4. Roast for 25 minutes.
  5. Turn the parsnips and increase the oven temperature to 475°F.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes once the oven has reached temperature watching carefully to be sure the fries don’t burn.

Tips: Serve with our Tangy Honey Mustard for dipping.
